*JJ Walker
Live at Expo 2009
Liacouras Center, Temple University

The term "maximizing
one's potential" could have been coined to describe the life of Jimmie Walker,
who strode out of the New York ghetto first to educate himself and then to
become one of the best-known television personalities in the United States.
Spotted by Norman Lear's casting director, Jimmie Walker accepted a part
in a new comedy series, "Good Times". "Dyn-o-mite!" was the phrase and it
was made famous nationwide. Time Magazine named him Comedian of the Decade.
Walker is still very popular today, performing at clubs, theaters, and corporate
events nationwide.

Bern Nadette
Stanis is best known as the quick witted, sexy savvy and the original “It”

“Good Times.” The still sexy 70’s star needs no redefining. Bern Nadette
remains the personification of the ‘gem’ that young girls want to emulate
and that we’ve all come to know and love. Undeniably, the onyx beauty is
exquisitely graceful in the naturalist of forms. A classy sophisticated and
humble spirit is all embodied in this brilliant actress and author.

vocalists and instrumentalists. Denise borrowed phrasing styles from Sarah

*Michele Harper
Live at Expo 2009
Liacouras Center, Temple University
|
Michelle Harper (Writer, Director,
Producer) “4 SIDES TO EVERY STORY” What you know, What you think you know,
What you don’t know and What you don’t wanna know “4 Sides” is a hilarious
“dramedy” telling the story of a day in the office of a Center City Psychologist,
Max (Maxine). Her dedicated secretary Theresa must take a rare day off and
at the last minute has asked her sister to cover her. Today, patients are
in for a huge surprise. “The Temp” for the day is unethical, loud, outspoken
and she ain’t afraid to tell Max or her patients exactly how she feels. “4
Sides” respectfully tackles subjects of domestic violence, homelessness,
marriage/divorce and HIV.

Crucial states, "I am a Poet who
is Blessed each day I wake, at another chance for me to get it right, and
even more to write about my experiences, whether Good, Bad, or Indifferent.
.... Poetry is Me, and I am definitely Poetry. I also am the current Host
of the Oldest, Longest, Running Poetry Venue here in the City of Philly called
"Panoramic Poetry." Poetry and I, have always had a relationship, it's just
that in the beginning I didn't accept Poetry for what she represented in
my life. Poetry was always there for me, when I needed to retreat to a place
of privacy, to totally become consumed in my thoughts, and better understand,
and then eventually deal with what was going on in my life."
