The Bull Market
Webster's dictionary defines art as a profession of a painter, making of things that have form and beauty and human creativity. Some say that art is the longest distance between having something to say and actually saying it. Others say that art comes from the soul of an artist who owns a lot of black clothing and drinks too much gourmet espresso. In any case art, particularly African American Art, has been marketed extremely well of late and there has been a great increase in its value over the past 15 or so years . The following is a list of graphics and some originals indicating the artist, title, medium, published date, initial retail price and current retail price of art indicative of that growth.
