through June 1,
2008, be sure to visit the African American Museumto view
"WarmSpirits: Contemporary African American Quilters",
where two of Lisa Sheperd Steward's
quilts, Korhogo Contrast and Afrikaleidoscope will
be among the works by
several notable fiber artists. The opening reception
takes place onApril 4 from 5:30 to 7:00pm.
